the place for XCL cheat reports is http://www.strike-team.net
However the site is currently down due to a DOS attack. Whilst the site is down u can mail reports where points are to be returned to strike__team@hotmail.com (2x__ underscore)- but hold on to normal cheat reports till the site is back up.
The rule for returning points is that you must not play again until your points are returned - but I have blacklisted this player so he wont get matched with XCL players again.
