I tried using the XCC game spy, and I'm wondering why everytime I try to start it it says "unable to find game.". Is this because...

1) I was playing yuri's revenge, not RA2?
2) I didn't load it at the correct time? the directions say right before the players load... and I was fairly sure that I did it as close to that as possible...
