No, right before I went offline it seemed the forum tables were locked, but I didn't know by what.

Yes, but now it runs on another computer that can stay up all day and night.
QM was tested with Don and worked for both RA2 and YR. The bot is still dumb, but without much players that shouldn't be a big deal. A version with QM enabled will be up tomorrow.
