no I think keep him - I sometimes am picky who I play, sometimes - If he wants to play newbs and not get better then its all up to him - there is nothing wrong with beating newbs - but beating same person over and over - I would warn, then if done again, ban for a week or so - Your last priority would be to give a perm. ban...
