If you can't connect to XWIS with this (http://xhp.xwis.net/utilities/XWISC.zip) tool, continue reading.
Open a command prompt (Start - Run - cmd).
Start ping (ping servserv.westwood.com).
If the IP address shown is not 62.216.18.38, open the hosts file (location shown in the tool) and add the following line:
62.216.18.38 servserv.westwood.com
Retry the ping.
If the IP address shown is not 62.216.18.38, find wolapi.dll (Start - Search - Files). Backup the DLL and replace it by the DLL in this (http://xhp.xwis.net/temp/WOLAPI.zip) ZIP.
If that doesn't solve the issue, open a topic and describe the issue.
