And another weird thing, always the first time i start ra2 after the computer has been shut down, it won' t start and just holds, when i press controll alt delete after beiing sure its stuck I press control alt delete and its says about ra2 "reageert niet" I don' t what the translation in english windows is... and the second time it just starts perfect and 3th and 4th etc.

In that case I think it's a problem with your computer. Sometimes you can't do anything except move the mouse, but after 20 s the disconnect window should appear. I think it's something different on your computer.
