They did abuse their positions, they blackmailed me and did coup attempts.
They also knew of the rule that any work done would become property of the mod after submitted to the mod.
Those were the rules.
Another rule (which was there even before they joined) was that no part of the mod was allowed to be taken by anyone.
Now they are claiming to have done most of the work whereas in fact it was more like 30%.

If you make something for a mod you are giving it to them, so it becomes property of that mod.
I work as an intern at an IT company, if I make a website I do it for that company, as a mod working makes a voxel for a mod. This website/voxel is not the property of the person who put it together but proberty of the company/mod he works for.
