I use editpad (like notepad) for most of my html. Then
again, I like structured clear pages instead of these
fancy ones that don't work on all browsers.

MS Word makes the most horrid mess of HTML. Frontpage is
better, but doing by hand (Allaire Homepage is great)
gives the best understanding in the end. And you might
learn something too!
