My XWISC won't install. I have tryed to complete the instuctions from the website, but they have not worked. When I click on *Set* , an error message pops up - saying " Your hosts could not be updated"

I no people have had this problem before, I have read about it in this forum, but I have tryed the solutions people provided to them, but it still won't work!!!

Please help me to fix this problem.
