Do you mean the 8 numbers in the box to the left of the XWISC --- If so, nothing has changed there.
Could you please tell me the correct numbers that should be thre and then I could just try putting them in manually.

No firewalls whatsoever. The only 'anti-virus' software I have is Nortan Anti-virus, but that has never interfared with anything before.
