I use MS Excell to generate the needed numbers, then use the txt>vxl converter utility that Olafs was so kind to include in the current Xcc mixer r1.15.

As for the header, I did not check yet what it is set to.
I presume Olaf set it to the RA2 nrmals.but I can check it this evening.
