Ok thanks. I took a fast look at it, but I don't think I can read it. I know your code is a symbol of quality, but I just can't understand your heavy use of C++ (I use C). Oh well. This is the same reason I didn't modify XWISC like I said I would (also I couldn't get it to compile no matter what...).

Concerning compressed SHPs, is this document accurate & up to date?

Just so you know, I'm writing a little resize program to quickly load TGAs and resize them to 1/3 or 1/5 without color bleeding across BG or remap. I got most of the core functionality done, and I'm considering making it write an SHP instead of working on the TGAs. The code is inflexible but it should be at least a little faster then doing this with your Mixer, plus colors won't bleed across remaps.
