> Just so you know, I'm writing a little resize program to quickly load TGAs and resize them to 1/3 or 1/5 without color bleeding across BG or remap. I got most of the core functionality done, and I'm considering making it write an SHP instead of working on the TGAs. The code is inflexible but it should be at least a little faster then doing this with your Mixer, plus colors won't bleed across remaps.
