i tried with: 1.41 1.40 1.37 1.30
none of them gives save as dialog

all i have enabled is

Clipboard -> (all disabled)
Extract (nothing happens)
Copy (nothing happens)
Copy as WAV -> (all disabled)
Import -> (all disabled)
Compact
Delete
