Matze writes the 'finalsun' map editor. Think that there is a ra2 map editor too.

Steve Childs wrote 'SunEdit2K', and started on 'Rage', a Red Alert 2 editor. But he had to drop it.

Also, "The Profound Eol", which you can probably shorten to "Eol", is credited with DMZ for understanding the VXL format, and he runs the ts-editing mailing-list (that isn't as busy now as it was a year ago)
