yah ok i remember a few people telling me that. that's why i wrote in my readme that my program didn't work fully in server editions of windows, and why there is a disable viewer option. the point is i was totally surprised about 3dsmax.

well i hope somebody works on it coz it's something which really upsets me. i feel like i basically wasted a whole lot of my life making 3ds2vxl.
> > i'll be able to implement procedurals finally that you can edit. hours of fun for the whole family. i couldn't find any code on how to do procedurals but i think i know how to do it and i'll make it easy for people hopefully. i was messing around with animating procedurals. it looks so cool.
> nice to hear...
yah it looks so cool when they are animated but i can't think of any good reason for animated ones.
anyway i hope to make it so people can use the same source in max as in my program. however i don't know if .3ds can have procedurals.

i think ATI radeon might be better than geforce 3 but i bet nobody will buy it because of ATI's well known history of making 3d decelerators. people still won't be able to forgive them for that for a while. but it looks like they could be on their way to overtake nvidia just like nvidia killed 3dfx. i also think AMD is gonna overtake INTEL soon, specially after what Justin Winters said. apparently a 700MHZ AMD is as good as a 1000MHZ INTEL particularly with max and therefore probably with my program too.
