no, reapr isn't going off to college yet....
altho Ive been looking into schools o_O
there's this one cool school in Washington state (in the US), DigiPen(.edu), it's focused on game programming... you actually get an (accredited) degree in Realtime Computer Simulations or something, I think that's what it's called, basically a degree in games programming... altho.... the school seems VERY hard, you have 6hours of class a day, and while most of your homework is programming related, you'll be spending about 12 to 15 hours a day (that INCLUDES the 6 hours for class..) in the programming lab or at home programming (no dorms, you have to get an apartment... so no dorm life....).... if I went to this school, I'd have a huge advantage in the games industry, but I'd have no social life for four years..... the school has under 100 people in it.... 1/4 of the people who apply get in.... it's GREAT for games programming, and if you can program games you can go into just about any kind of programming pretty easily... altho you don't get as well-rounded an education, as there aren't as many academics, no social studies, not many english classes (literature, mythology, creative writing, and english..).. no languages (I'm learning Japanese currently, and would like to learn it in college as well... but I could take an outside class.... but have almost no time during the days to work on that, or rather, I wouldn't at digipen o_O)
well, aahhh
