First thanks for responding on raden forum to my question. I downloaded wav writer plugin and unzipped to winamp.Then downloaded xcc mixer and unzipped to ra2. (went automatically, thanks)
Now I tried converting songs to wav and I think that worked, songs did not play at real speed but bar moved across winamp display. Started xcc mixer and launched theme writer, clicked on ra2 but got no message box confirming any themes had been written to theme.ini
Am I missing a step? Would really like to have some better music in game as I play it all the time.
Also, in your post you said to add the music file into EXPANDxx.mix file and I cannot seem to find expand.
