You also can't add a totally new theatre, you must add to existing ones (which means you can make two in one though provided you don't want any extra high bridges).

TMP editor still has problems making new tiles and doesn't seem to alter tile numbers and position correctly...whenever I've tried even to just rearrange, it ends up loosing some of the tiles completely that I wanted to keep. I've managed to make most of the tiles that I wanted though.
