You can grab a version with working rotors (its not the latest version though which I personally have) from my personal website I link to below (not the project one which is down at the moment). The one for download has moving rotors and rules.ini settings to make it work. However at certain facings it has slits in the image because I didn't know how to set scales correctly when I first made the unit.

Can u tell me the link for the Hind as i am experiencing simular problems with the rotar blades, (it looks like a puppet) Can u help ? Dex
