I see you point, but most contries in europe and USA use creditcards. Other means of paiment could be set up. Check is a good way.
Earth & Beyond charges monthly paiment, so the same system could be used.
I there any way we could have vote on this. Like 'if it was posible, would you pay monthly to see the cheaters out of WOL. Yes or No. 'If yes what would you pay max. eath month', $1, $3, $5 $?.
