> (2) start ra2
> (3) click on "internet"
> (4) click on "quick match"
> (5) it prompts to login, so click on "login"
> (6) click on "quick match" and it prompts to "login"
> (7) click on "login" and then click on "quick match"
> -- this process continues to repeat--it's as if it's not really logging in.

In the MF view, there's a bar at the right side of the view. Drag that to the left and see if it provides a clue.
