made on a combination of Henl's report, the fact that he dcd and came back several times and the fact that he has 3 other games where he was losing yet his opponent lost by disconnection. 4 games with that result is EXTREMELY high - which ruled out the possibility of this being accidental dc. The other possibilty was that Chacoll himself has a very bad connection but then i would expect him to have some games where he lost by dcs when he was winning - but could find no such games on his list - out of 20 dc games he has.

On Metalgaming henl was winning thats what CHACOll told me too.
4 games out of 120 makes an overall percentage of 3%.
This happens, my brother is not the type of person that discusses those problems, he just said let them reset, why do you care Sepuku?
I care because i know things like this happen when u play lots of games.Its just too hard punishment to take away all points and Blacklist him.
You could also change stats and give henl and the 3 others their points back +winning points.
We play via Broadband and have a Router here splitting 768 k Flat into 4 IPīs.I use Win98 , and Chacoll uses WinXP-Pro with Antispy.We have a hardware Firewall.
This error could have been caused by a caching problem of the Router or XP or Antispy.While two persons share Internet connection sometimes XP-Pro+Antispy does some Network errors with our SOHO Hardware Firewall Router while Win98 functions properly.

Please dont be so hard CHACOll is a fair gamer lots of people know him at the german community.
I know he wouldnt harm any other player.
We arent complaining we just want a fair decission and its just fair that henl gets his win and points back and also points for the win.
U may also scan our computers for tools and other files, i will open Ports for u at our Firewall.or connect direct via RASPPOE to you.
But please dont Blacklist him.We are both very sorry for this incident.
