Im having trouble understanding where i have 2 put my flag
for a new country.... i tried putting the shp file into
ra2md >>>localmd
but i cant do anything with the files that are in there.
am i looking in the wrong place? (I have tried putting them in an expand file 2 but that doesnt work...)
