Per you request to verify I tested the new urban tunnel that was correctly set up from WW. But before I tested it I ran a game to verify the problem was there but found the road tunnel tile was working correctly but not the others. I check to see if the tile was modified using a hex editor to see and it was. So saving it in the TMP editor dose not cause the problem or at lease what I can see. But it dose change some of the hex codes.

After an extensive day of testing. To lone to type. It seems when I place the tunnel sides on the tunnel the problem aperies with the modified tunnels but not with an original tunnel that was renamed or just saved in the editor but not modified.
