How does it work?

I want to use the Kirov and some other units from RA2 but they are to big. Would 0,8 be 80% of the orginal unit?
I know TS is 80% of RA2 or RA2 is 125% of TS so every building, unit and so on must be 80%. But how to use this in the scaling progress in the voxel editor from Will? :confused:
