Well WW wont except edited .mix i think, maybe they checked for edited .mix files when you go online. And besides you replaced the original rules.ini in local.mix which i think you're not supposed to, you can always just place the rules.ini in your RA2 directory. One way, reinstall RA2 and when you're done extract the rules.ini from local.mix and edit the rules.ini to ur 'likings' and juz leave
it(rules.ini) in ur RA2 directory, that should work...i hope.
