Ahhh - it makes sense now. The dialog is layed out in device independant units, but the bitmap has a fixed pixel size.

Nope, I haven't got a clue as to how to change it. Presumably somebody who's more used to Windows programming would be, though.

At worst, redesigning the dialog to lose the image would work. It's not like it really adds anything.
