why can't you use microsoft's ready made function from their lib. they have one don't they? they did create the dds format right?

ok i guess you'll have to wait till i get DSL then. btw what exactly is the speed i can expect from DSL or cable? with a 56k modem the best i've seen is like 3k. please specify whether you are talking bits or bytes.

what is so great about ICQ? does it have a mode in it where you see each letter being typed one by one. isn't that a huge waste of internet? that's like a bus driving around with one passenger in it.
