Well, on some Westwood tech forum, they said you could place the Strings.TDB file just in the DATA folder of RG, and the game would use it. I tried it, and they were right. So there's no need to place the TDB in a PKG-file.

I did download the official westwood level editor, that contains a built-in string table editor, but that one sucks really. Just a simple editor that can extract the strings to an Text-file or an Excel-file or somewhat, or just direct editing. I saw in your program XCC Mixer 1.21 that you have editing tools for RA2 and RA2:YR, but you haven't one for RG. Could you see if you could make such tool?
