The game is in English, yes. But I want translate it into Dutch. And about that Excel convertor in the offical RG Level Editor, that convertor is indeed not working. Even when you've installed Excel, it complains you haven't installed it. That's the reason I made a post to this forum, because you've made a lot of other programs that can edit specific C&C files.
