Well I got it to work, and I didnt use any XCC utilites to make it. What I had to do was add blank voxels to the back of the harvester, where the propeller is, even though it looked fine in the HVA editor.

I think the old Will's vxl editor has a problem because when I tried to change the header, it would save it wrong and no other utilites could read the voxel file.
