How about Block cuts and pastes where you select a box in one view and it copies everything in the dimension not drawn (the one perpendicular to the plane) that would be encapsulated by that select. so you can move it around. It would be useful if you made one dimension a bit big and wanted to shunt the details from either end closer together. It would also let you make modules that you could copy and paste multiple times rather than making a repeating feature over and over.
