ok, to tell the truth, i am not getting this...
all i know so far is...
insert the .wav file into the "Speech" section in XCC Mod Creator.
go to soundmd.ini and insert the sound name that you wish to give it into the list.
create a bit with the sound name in square brackets and on the "Sounds=" line put in "$" and then the real-sound-file-name without the .wav ending.
go to rulesmd.ini and on the voiceselect/voicemove etc section put in the sound name you specified in the soundmd.ini.
so basically... this doesn't work for me... i put in the .wav files to XCC Mod Creator, added the sound name to the list in soundmd.ini, added a section to say the real filenames (without the .wav and i tried with the .wav), went to the unit in rulesmd.ini and put in the sound name, put the inis into XCC Mod Creator... And guess what... It doesn't work :(
Please help...
