ok i found out why so many servers have just the pathetic 4 or 2 player maximums. it's because renegade automatically sets this according to some other setting which i cannot find which has to do with bandwidth. has anyone figured out where that setting is? i have DSL so i should be able to host games very well and yet it won't give me more than 4 players max.
