Yes, but it are heaps of data.
Presume you want to make the Titan from TS.
You first have to make the FactionUnit.ini data.
Next is the locomoter.ini, since you want it to use it's two legs.
Then comes the weapon.ini, with it's own weaponfx.ini setting. Then at last the armor, in armor.ini .
I think an editor might become very iritating remembering all that.
